For some users, when you attempt to renew your account you may see this message:

Due to your account type you are unable to renew your membership. Your account can only be renewed by [name].

This message appears because you membership is linked to another membership:

Joint members

A "join membership" consists of two separate member accounts. The first membership that was created is the primary membership. Only the primary member can renew both memberships.

Corporate members

A "corporate membership" consists of four separate member accounts. The primary membership belongs to the corporation itself. The three corporate affiliate members can only be renewed by the corporate member.

What should I do to get my membership renewed?

If you are unable to renew your account you need to contact the member who is responsible for renewing your account. The members name and email can be found on your user page.
