The ICTM Secretariat changes its physical location every four years.

During the 41st ICTM World Conference, which took place between 13 and 19 July 2011 at Memorial University in St. John's, Canada, the Secretariat was transferred from the Australian National University of Canberra to the University of Ljubljana (Slovenia), where it shall remain until at least July 2015.

The current Secretary General is Prof. Dr. Svanibor Pettan (Slovenia), and the current Executive Assistant is Mr. Carlos Yoder (Argentina/Slovenia).

Previous locations of the ICTM Secretariat include UCLA (Los Angeles, USA), Columbia University (New York, USA), and other institutions in Canada and the United Kingdom. If your records do not match the contact information shown in the box above, please update your records immediately.
