Over the coming days we will be transferring membership information to the new website. During this time we will be slowly rolling out accounts to small groups of members bit by bit. Members shall receive an email notification from the website at the member's email address registered with ICTM. This email will explain how a member may login and update their user account. 

To get the most value out of this transition we would like to ask you the member for 5 minutes of your time. We ask that upon receiving your email notification from the website that you login and complete two tasks:

1. Change your password (and username if you choose).
2. Update and correct your Profile details (this is the mailing address to which we send your publications).

At the end of the period we expect to have as many members as possible transferred to the new system. However, there are some members that we do not have a valid email address for and cannot transfer into the new system. We will be attempting to make contact with these members over the coming weeks.

Members with a current subscription shall be transfered. Anybody wishing to become a new member or take up membership again after a lapsed period will need to create a user account and purchase their desired membership.

Institutional members shall be transferred a number of weeks after all other members. We will update this post with further information as it becomes relevant.
